But in other news, I want to share some life updates because I don't know if you know this, but I have not been on Instagram for the last month my Instagram got disabled. It was like mid October. And if you want to hear more about that go to Episode 102. But it's been really, really, yeah, a beautiful, really beautiful experience. But since I'm not on social media, I have been unable to like yeah, share, share my life updates and like what's going on? So I'm going to do a little bit of that here today. So what's new? Well, without Instagram, I've just been like, yeah, having so much like reflecting and setting intentions and ideas and getting clear and opening new doors and having new ideas just so much like reflecting and resetting and realigning because with all that energy I wasn't using on social media, it's channeling in other directions. It's it's channeling into me having more clear energy, it's channeling into new ideas, new opportunities, new channels to receive. And yeah, it's just been really, really, really nice. So yeah, I am planning on creating a new account soon. So that will be coming. I'll let you know when that is alive. But yeah, I've just been receiving, I didn't want to create a new account right away because I knew there were lessons and magic in this pause for me. So yeah, it's been really, really incredible. So that's kind of been going on. And with all that, like I've just been feeling had this calling the word play keeps coming up, just like playing with cooking and get like getting creative. Again, I felt like I was in like a cooking rut where I was like cooking the same old shit over and over and over. And I'm like, do I never want to eat this stuff again, which like, it's not true because I love my like Staples, like my homemade pizza is next fucking level, I will never get tired of that I will never get tired of my smoothies. But anyways, I wanted to just like get creative with cooking again. So I've been doing that. And it's just been so just nice to like, I don't know, give my creative energy to other things besides my normal, like business creative outlets. And I've just been playing with interior design and other interests. And yeah, it's just been really, really fun. And my inner voice just keeps telling me to play. So we'll see where that is leading me. And then my sister just came to visit. I don't know when you're listening to this episode, because it's going to be airing probably a couple of weeks after I'm recording it. But she came to visit early November and it was just so much fun to Yeah, just hang out have quality time. Like I haven't like a lot of times when I'm with her. It's with my whole family, which is beautiful and also amazing, but it's really nice to have a one on one time with her and we just had so much fun. We're laughing our faces off about like, the silliest stuff. We spent like two hours in one night and like, I'm like, I don't know if anyone else is gonna get this and think it's funny, but we did. So we like I told her that. Me and Trevor and Trevor's friend, we're playing Yahtzee a few weeks ago and we rolled, like between the three of us we rolled five yard seas in one game which like it's pretty rare for there to be one. Yup. yatse rolled in a game and yatse is when you get like five of the same dice within your three rolls do you get three chances to roll and you need to get all five of the dice to be the same exact number. So it's like the odds are pretty low already to get one Yahtzee. And we got five. Trevor and I both got two and then his friend got one Yahtzee. And it was like, it was literally insane. And it was so funny, because I'm like, I totally manifest that. Because Trevor's run, roll, or Trevor Yeah, rolled a Yahtzee on the first roll. And then we're like, oh, shit, like, we're gonna lose. Like, he already got yatse like Game Over on the first roll. And then I was like, well, like, what if we all got yatse? And then a few rolls later, we had, like, what am I yatse again?
And then it just kept happening. And it was so fun. And it was like, they are like your which powers are working? So yeah, it was crazy. So I was telling my sister about up. And we went down this rabbit hole of researching, and like trying to do like some crazy ass math on like, what
are the odds of rolling five yard C's in one game. And it turns out the math is way, way, way more complicated than we could even like, go like it was like what I used to do when I was an actuary, but I feel like I've intentionally like blocked all that out of my memories to really do literally to try to do math for like two hours to calculate the odds of rolling five yachties. It's probably like point 000 something percent. But anyways, we were just laughing about the most ridiculous stuff and having so much fun. And we had a really fun, like, manifestation story, kind of like the artsy thing where we really want to go to this Mediterranean restaurant. But I mean, I've looked like at least 30 times and it's always booked out for months. Like you can ever get a reservation and their websites that they take walk it and so I was like, Okay, let's just go and we'll see what happens. Like, we'll get in, it's gonna be fine. We're gonna walk in and everything's gonna be perfect. So long story short, we like went, they were booked up for the night. But they were gonna like, let us know if something opened up. And we like, went to get a drink while we were waiting. And just like really, really held the vision that like we're getting into, we're getting a table, we're getting a table. It's done. It's done. Done. There's no plan B. And it worked out perfectly. And it was so fun. And like one of my favorite like dining out experiences and just Yeah, so cool. So I actually turned that in that story into a blog post and a game called the no Plan B manifestation game. So break down, like how I kind of like play with manifestation for you call them little things like like manifesting a parking spot or a table at a restaurant or free drinks, which we also manifested that night. So it's just a really, really fun way to like play with building that manifestation muscle. So if you want to read that, I'll link that up that blog post up in the show notes. And then you can play your own manifestation game and manifest a coffee or a parking spot or a table or who knows what else. So yeah, but that's basically all the updates I've got for you for now. So onto the episode. So I'm going to be talking about the magic process that unlocks your wisdom, abundance, and power. And I call it magic because it really is it's so powerful, and it works every fucking time like and it's just more wisdom, more abundance and more power every time you do this process. Like there really is no limit to what you can receive from doing this. So I this is actually part of what I do with my clients in my inner voice sessions. And what I do with my coach in the inner voice session she does with me and I started doing inner voice sessions like with my coach last December 2020. So almost a year ago. And I mean since then, like my entire life is dramatically up, leveled and transformed. I my business skyrocketed, I was able to quit my corporate job. We traveled for five months, we like left Dallas, put our stuff in storage traveled for five months, and then move to Virginia where we're loving it and manifested, like an amazing apartment. I manifested my own office and like the most perfect furniture in here and yeah, everything has just been aligning so well and going so well. And I'm just feeling more confident and more, more just in my power and in my mission than ever before. And you know, obviously there have been plenty of ups and downs this year, as well. But on the whole I mean it's yeah, my life has dramatically improved and it only keeps getting better and I truly Dude, so much of that to this process that I'm going to be sharing with you today, like, it is absolutely life changing. When you learn how to do this, like, this is something that I use in my life every single day. And it is like just, I can't even put into words like how powerful it is. So I'm going to give you a little bit of like background on what this process is for. So throughout our life, and if you believe in past lives, even past lives, energy and emotions, and subconscious programming passed down from past generations, experiences we've had in our life, childhood programming, social programming and conditioning, all of that creates energy in the body and when we energy and emotions in the body. And when we don't fully process those through in the moment, it gets trapped in this energy can get trapped in our body. So even with like trauma, like that energy gets stored in the body, if it's not processed through and it can be you know, big trauma or little trauma, whatever you want to call it. I don't know if I love the words, big T's and little to drama, but whatever, it's all it's all trauma, it's all energy that is that when it's not processed and felt through. And, and like, a lot that if that energy does isn't like flowing freely it gets it can get trapped in the body and get stuck. And so basically, we're like, the way I kind of see it as like, we're like a magnet. And what happens is that we through experiences and traumas and conditioning, and you know that one time you're, I don't know, your mom told you money doesn't grow on trees, or that one time you saw your parents fighting about money and then inside your body felt afraid. And now every time you think about money, you have that that like afraid energy, like kind of like activates in your body, right? Like it's these emotions are tied to these experiences and stories and belief systems that we have built up. And what happens is, it will anyways back to my magnet analogy and then don't go there. So we're like magnets. And what happens is we we pick up all these energies and they get stored in the body if they're not processed through and then it's like a magnet with barnacles of barnacles stuck on the head, a barnacle on the arm and inside the heart inside the chest, inside the stomach. We have these like barnacles within us that are holding us back from our inherent magnetism. Because what happens is, it's like if if you had a thorn stuck in your arm, and we'll call I'm gonna call these beanbags, this stuck energy we're gonna call it beanbags. That's what just lively calls it echo totally calls it the pain body. All kinds of spiritual leaders have talked about this same thing in many different words and ways for like, truly deeply spiritual like stands the test of time books that I've ever read, like, always alludes back to this, which is really really cool to kind of like hear so many people's like, intuition and experiences guided them to this same process, even though it sounds like different for everyone. So anyways, we're gonna call it beanbags to make it easy for today. And so what happens is we have these beanbags or you can consider like, like a thorn in your like in your arm. And if someone walks by and bumps that thorn, you're gonna want to react and be like, ah, like, why did you do that like, right, like it causes a reaction, and then that reaction has a ripple effect in your life. So what we're doing with this process is we're taking those swords out. So when life bumps up against you up against where that energy was, it doesn't cause a reaction, it doesn't cause you to recreate the past and those experiences, you don't have to re live them or live them out in your physical reality, because you are actually allowing it to process within so that there's no need to then react and create that in your external reality. So hopefully, this is making sense. And when this energy gets trapped in the body can manifest as physical symptoms, emotional pain, or basically, we just recreate and re perpetuate the same old circumstances because we have these stories in these belief systems. And when we have these beanbags, these emotional weights attached to the stories and the belief systems, and the conditioning, it's like this weight that it has a grip on us, it has a weight on us. But when we can release the weight attached to these stories, these emotions, these beliefs, they no longer have a grip on us or a weight on us. Therefore, we're no longer reacting to and responding to and re perpetuating our current circumstances. We're free to actually respond from a place of our inner wisdom and power and abundance and our inner truth. And that's really what this whole process is all about. So you You know, for me, like having had big trauma with being sexually abused. Once as when I was a child, that energy got stored in my body because I didn't know how to feel it. I didn't know how to process that I didn't know how to move through it. And so I buried all of it down, it pushed it all down, it got stuck in the body. And then guess what it showed up as eating disorders, eczema, anxiety, hair falling out chronic back pain, like you name it, like, all these physical symptoms. And you know, I would go to the doctors and get x rays. They're like, nothing's wrong with your back. I'm like, then why the fuck does it hurt every single goddamn day? They really nothing's wrong with it. Like, it's like, well, what is going on? Am I crazy, like what the hell is this. And so I can show up like that. And it often does, it can show as emotional pain. And so, you know, my first experience before I even learned this process from just lively, I actually learned it from a book called The great pain, deception, but I didn't even know what I was doing or what I was learning. So that was when I had chronic back pain, I was recommended this book called The great pain deception. I read that book. And it basically talks about, you know, he calls it tension, my own neural syndrome, basically how we like hold on to energies and tensions in the body. And it manifests as these like physical symptoms, and that every patient, he like, pretty much talked to how like every physical like pain or symptom has an emotional root cause and when we go into that emotional root cause and heal, and feel through and release that emotion also then alleviates the physical symptoms. And so just through reading that book, my back pain went away and pretty much never came back, it would maybe come back like once every six months for the next year. And then the year after that, and maybe happened like one time. And now I can't remember the last time I've had back pain, it's been years. And now the cool thing is it's like I know how to release it. And it'll it goes away. Like I mean, I don't even know if it would come up anymore. Because I've released right I've released the stories, the energies, that stuck energy that was attached to that physical manifestation of back pain. So I want to read you something from the power of now, which is an incredible book, I'm going to link it in the show notes. And I'm also going to link the great pain deception, because if you have any sort of physical pain, anything in your body, I highly recommend that book. And the other thing too is after I read that book, I never had seasonal allergies, again, which is fucking wild. But also, it's not fucking wild. And it's because like, you're gonna understand more and more as you listen to this, like the energetics of this. And like, you probably even can intuitively feel that like, oh, this makes sense. And then when you actually live it and practice it and do this process, you will like receive the like, almost immediate, like benefits and shifts that come from this. So I'm going to read you a little something from the power of now that kind of talks more about what these beanbags are, what this pain body is, call it whatever you want. It's just like old, unprocessed, stuck energy in the body. So the pain body, which is the dark shadow cast by the ego is actually afraid of the light of your consciousness, it is afraid of being found out. Its survival depends on your unconscious identification with it, as well as your unconscious fear of facing the pain that lives in you. But if you don't face it, if you don't bring the light of your consciousness into the pain, you will be forced to relive it again and again. The pain body might seem to you like a dangerous monster that you cannot bear to look at. But I assure you that it is an in substantial phantom that cannot prevail against the power of your presence. Some spiritual teachings state that all pain is ultimately an illusion. And this is true. The question is, is it true for you? A mere belief doesn't make it true. Do you want to experience pain for the rest of your life and keep saying that it is an illusion does that for you from the pain. What we are concerned with here is how you can realize this truth that is make it real in your own experience. The pain body doesn't want you to observe it directly and see it for what it is the moment you observe it feel its energy field within you and take your attention into it the identification is broken, a higher dimension of consciousness has come in I call it presence. You are now the witness or watcher of the pain body. This means that it cannot use you anymore by pretending to be you and it can no longer replenish itself through you. You have found your own innermost strength. You have access the power of now so That is essentially what this process is all about is releasing the pain body releasing these beanbags releasing the the emotional and energetic weight that is attached to certain belief systems stories and programming that then turns out into manifesting in our physical reality and is what is creating our physical reality. So when we can release these emotional weights, we can create and manifest from our like Eckhart Tolle, he says, our innermost strength and power of now so here is how the process goes, in your mind is what I'm going to going to want to be like, yeah, that's too simple. Like, what is this? Just like, trust me, it works. And you'll see like, if you practices it, absolutely such a game changer, okay. So the first thing is that when you notice yourself wanting to you get triggered, and you want to react, right, you get into an argument with a partner and you feel this, like really heavy energy in your chest, or an unexpected car expense comes up, and they tell you you owe $3,000, and you feel like a pain in your lower back. Or someone writes something on Instagram and you like, I don't know, calling you out, like you should have like, you shouldn't have said that you said the wrong thing. And then you want to like respond and do something back or your Instagram gets disabled and your mind wants to take you into the story that your fuck done. You're never gonna make money or sign clients again, right? Like, it's that I can go on with examples, right? Like we get, it kind of starts with getting triggered into discomfort. And oftentimes, we are so in the story of the mind that we don't even know where we feel it in the body, it feels like it's all in the reality, right? Like, because our brain is telling the story in our head, and it feels so real. And we forget to go into the feeling in the body. So when we have these beanbags, like come up come to the surface there. They are a life experience that triggers them to this surface that is beautiful, because it is our gateway to release. So instead of avoiding or pushing it back down, or just reacting from the emotional reaction to the beanbag to the story and then recreating the same old reality, what we can do is this. So what you do is you pause, and you ask yourself, Where is it in the body, and how big is it. So you go feel close your eyes you can feel into your body, it might be in your chest, in your stomach, it literally anywhere your body could be in your toenail, your cheekbone, like wherever it is, you just go into it, feel into where that is, and bring your awareness and attention into that place inside your body into those sensations.
And you just breathe, exhale. And if the sensations want to get bigger, you let them get bigger. If they want to move, you let them move as they want to get smaller, let them get smaller. And you dive, your awareness and your attention, your energy right into the middle of the discomfort and you feel the energy fully. You feel all the sensations. you're exhaling deeply exhaling, feeling and sending your awareness into that soft spot inside your body. You're blowing away any mental thoughts, the stories that are coming up with it and just focusing on flow the thoughts as if they're like bugs trying to get in your mouth and they're flying around your mouth, you just want to blow them away. blow them away. Exhaling sending your awareness dropping your awareness from your mind down into that place in your body and just feeling the sensations. Is there a color? Is it the size of a grapefruit? Is it like more like a golf ball? Is it like a really, really heavy crystal? Is it soft? Is it spiky? Is it sharp? Is it smooth? Is it flat? Is it round? Like really go into what does it feel like? What is the shape? What does it look like? If it has a look to it? What is the texture, like just go into the feelings. And if you haven't done this before, it can be hard to like do this on your own because for me, like I literally just learned how to feel energy and emotions in my body, like within the last year. Like I just buried everything before. I didn't know how to process anything. And then I was just creating more and more beanbags. And so it can be really, really helpful to have inner voice sessions to learn this process. And the amazing thing is like once you've learned it, you've learned it and like it is amazing to still receive it. sessions from someone like I do this on my own, but I also still do inner voice sessions with my coach because it's a different experience. Just completely letting go and not being the one driving the experience. But anyways, it's something that you can do on your own like, anytime throughout the day. Anytime this comes up, you can go through this process. So it's like where is it? How big is it going with breathing? Exhaling because When the mind holds a thought it holds the breath at the same time. So if we want to let go of the thinking and the story attached to it, we just breathe, and exhale. And then we can go into the feeling, feeling all the sensations, exhaling, blowing away any thoughts. If the body went, a lot of times, my body wants to shake. And that's actually a really, really busy like animalistic instinct to release energy. That's why animals after something scary happens, they shake it off that stem, completing the cycle of releasing that energy, so they don't store it in their body as a beanbag, or as this trauma that then goes on to impact their life. So you let the body move, shake, it might cry, scream, like whatever is coming up, but you let the body lead the way. And you just keep exhaling, breathing, feeling all there is to feel and you might feel it moving, you might feel like getting smaller and just keep breathing, breathing, breathing, it's like, imagine it's like an orange and you're juicing it and you're trying to get all the juice out until all there's left is pulp. So you keep going, keep breathing, juicing it out, breathing it out, feeling into it, feeling it feeling.
And then you'll eventually feel it gone. And you'll feel you might feel tingling in your hands or in your body might feel really calm or relaxed, or just feel like a lot of space and lightness calmness in your body. And it's in that place. Like after the release where it's like there's so much greater access to listening to the stillness within and it's, it's in that stillness within where your inner wisdom, your inner voice, your inner guidance, and your inner power lies. And so through this process, that the old energetic and emotional coding will no longer have a grip on you will no longer have power on you. So essentially, what you're doing is you're draining the power from the old stored energy and emotions that have limited the flow of abundance in your desires to you. So you're draining the power, but that that energy doesn't just poof, go away, right, like energy can be created or destroyed. We all learned this in science class. And so what is that energy turned into evil, that energy then becomes completely open and available for you to access as your inner power, your inner strength, your inner wisdom. And so those old beliefs and stories and judgments that were energized by the power in these beanbags, they no longer have a grip on you and you're no longer weighed down by them. And so it's like, you know, you can see it as like a giant, like sea, there's a really big river, and there's a giant ice cube in the river. And it's like, stuck, it can't move, it's blocking the flow of the river, everything's having a hard time moving around this ice cube. And so what we are doing with this process is melting that ice cube back into liquid so it can free flow in the river as the infinite energy that it's meant to and not be this stuck heavy energy. And so that's what you're really doing through this process is like, all those like blockages and stuck points and like kinks in the hose in your body are like opening and freeing them up and shifting and allowing and moving the energy so that it can free flow because when your energy is free flowing, not only do you feel so much better, but that's where the access to your inner wisdom and power comes through. And you can hear it and feel it and experience it so much more clearly and actually act on it. Because you're no longer having to react to the old emotional coding and stories and beliefs, you're actually able to act from a place of what's truly in alignment with your desires and your soul and your intuition. And like I was saying earlier by feeling into and experiencing the energy and emotions through your awareness and consciousness like in your body, there's no need for you to act it out or experience it in your physical reality. So when the you know, for example, like you could say if you have a business and you feel like you have this story that like it's not working and when you feel that way you feel really discouraged and disappointed in this. You know, you feel this like tightness in your chest and what you would normally do when you feel that is you would hide you wouldn't take any action because why bother it's not going to work anyways and you have this tightness in your chest that's really making you believe it's not going to work and that it's all bad so why bother Why do anything and then guess what things don't change and then you still feel like it's not working and then the cycle continues. So what happens when we when you can release that energy it's like that story of it's not working no longer has a grip on you. So you're free to actually act in alignment with your desires which might show up as an intuitive action to promote a new offer in my show up as just having more open energy to possibility which draws things in in my show up as people feeling more drawn to you because you are that like Open clear magnet and and channel for that. And so that's why, you know, when you've released it, there's no need to perpetuate the it's not working story in your reality, you're free to actually live in alignment with your your truth, your inner wisdom. And so that that charged that energy that was stored in that beanbag before now is like you reclaim it, you've reclaim it as your power for you to channel into using your inner knowing. And like that, it's no longer weighing you down as a as a unhealed for energy, it turns into an energy of power that you can access to use your creativity and your intuition. And your your manifesting powers as as a creator. And so is this frees you up to not only feel so much better, and worry so much less than those stories in the minds like Don't drag you down and make you show up in ways that are not actually going to serve you. But you can actually hear your inner guidance and act on it. And when you do that, it's like things are unfolding, in ways like so much better than the minds can even even predict because we all have that inner compass that is guiding us to our highest good. And this is really the process for opening that channel allowing that energy to free flow. So I hope this episode served you if you want to put this into practice, which I would highly recommend, right like it's, it's like taking a surfing lesson. But like you, you're not going to know how to surf until you're you like get on the surfboard, you know what I mean? So I highly recommend putting this into practice.
