If you're like me, and you're obsessed with personal development, then you are going to love this podcast. So let's freakin do this.

Hello, and welcome back to the magnetically you podcast. I have Tanya Bravo here today. So she spent the first part of her career living by Coastal between New York and Los Angeles creating a global brand marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 consumer brands including Adidas, BMW and Coca Cola, among others. And while successful by society's terms, she knew she wasn't living up to her potential, I can totally relate to that. tired of saying one day she finally listened to that internal voice and lucked into the unknown. Leaving behind a successful career, Natalia booked a one way ticket to Paris to realize her potential and create her dream life. Shortly after the Bravo life was born to inspire women around the world to realize and actualize their full potential. Now a global community of over 30,000 women, the Bravo life provides coaching resources and live experiences and retreats for women worldwide who are committed to living their best lives as their best selves, who I love that already so much. And I'm so glad that you found me through Instagram and that we connected and so happy to have you here today.

Yeah, I'm excited to be here. Thanks for having me.

Yeah, of course. So do you want to tell us a little bit more about you and your story, what you do and kind of like what led you on, on this journey and where you are today?

Yeah, so I was working in corporate for about 1011 years. And on that kind of trajectory that society and life tells us we're supposed to do checking all the boxes, I bought a home, I did all the things before the age of 30, that were like, Oh, we've got to do all these things to feel like were, quote unquote, successful and was really internally unfulfilled, but could not for the life of me figure out why. And I'd always said that one day, I wanted to create this platform for women to really empower them and inspire them. But I was like, I need to figure out myself first, you know, feeling like I was a hot mess myself. So who am I possibly going to help and kind of went on this personal journey of just searching for what makes Natalia truly happy? What is it that I'm truly here to do, and I started traveling alone, and just really going internally and figuring about outside circumstances with my work and what I felt like pressures I was supposed to be doing in my life. And that led me to one day admitting that one of my dreams was to move to Paris. And six months later, after verbally finally saying that out loud to a friend, I got on a one way flight, and moved to Paris. And that was three years ago. And through that process, at the start of the journey, I ended up creating what is now the brother life, which has been an incredible just not just journey for the business. But for me also, as I was kind of on my own personal journey, and now being able to support and connect with other amazing women around the world, who are similarly finding their own journey and path in this world.

I love that so much. So growing up, was it I know you mentioned it was like you had kind of like knew you were like meant to like start something but was that something like throughout your whole life that you like felt like you were going to do was like start this business start this community to really impact women?

Yeah, I didn't, I wouldn't have been able to put a word to what it was. But definitely from teenage years, in journals and things like even look back at them. Now. I was writing down that one day I was going to create a platform but I was always so stuck on like, what is it? Is it a blog? Is it a magazine, I couldn't figure out what the thing was going to be which kind of kept me in like analysis, paralysis and doing nothing. But there was always this internal desire, even from a very young age and it was like I would tell my mom one day I want to help women and she's Like you're 14, what are you talking? Always there, I just didn't have the words for what it was, which was also very frustrating, but definitely had the desire.

Well, so I think like a lot of people and me included can resonate. It was being like, I know there's something there. I know there's more for me. I just can't like pinpoint quite what it is. Yeah. And like being in that analysis process, like, is it this is it's all like, I don't know, I know, it's something but I don't know what it is, how do I figure it out? So you go to that place where you do nothing. And I actually it was like speaking about this on Instagram Live today, it's like that. You convince yourself because you don't know the how that it's just best to do nothing. And doing nothing like is self sabotage. And it's like, what if we didn't need to know the how in order to move forward in order to make progress. So I would love to hear your thoughts on how you moved through that and got yourself out of that analysis, paralysis, and got yourself like, unstuck. And really, I believe that like stuck is an illusion. So how did you get yourself out of the illusion of stuckness, we agree, I used to work use the words I'm stuck all the time. I've like officially removed them from my vocabulary over the last few years. But I was basically making myself physically sick. And I encourage people before you get to this point to like, take action, there were definitely signs along the way of dealing with anxiety and depression. And also a sense of because I was on paper successful guilt of like, why am I not happy with these things that everyone told me was supposed to make me happy. And so it really took me Actually, I was on the train when I was living in New York City. And I had a panic attack and collapse on the train. It was a whole ordeal. And that was kind of my wake up call of it. Okay, like what you're doing is actually not bringing you any internal happiness, but you can actually answer the question, what would make you happy. And so I really just started trying things. And that's one of the things that I like to share with the people that are a part of my community and my clients is take messy action, even exactly what you were saying, even when you can't see the top of the staircase, like, what's one thing I can do today to bring me one step closer to clarity. And that is by making mistakes taking action. And so I started, you know, joining, I took piano lessons, I figured out that I'd actually don't like playing alone, like I went to Italy and France for three weeks by myself, which I would have never done previously and like was doing like experiences and touristic activities with all these groups where I was like the sole person that was like single, there were all these families and couples, but it really got me outside of my comfort zone and and got me comfortable saying no, this is what I want to do today, or this is not what I want to do today. So for me, it was more of a personal journey of just like testing things out and seeing what sticks and what doesn't sticks and falling on my face and times I also did a lot of just internal work of healing things and really going deep and being honest with myself and looking myself in the mirror at certain faults and habits that I'd picked up along the way. And that for me the taking uncomfortable, bold, messy action, especially when even now when I take action, I don't know how it's gonna work out. But at each step, I get a little bit more clarity that keeps me going down the path that I feel like I meant to be on at that time.

Oh my gosh, I love that so much. And it's so interesting. You just brought that up about how you were like making yourself sick and it kind of like had to get to that like wake up call point where you had that a panic attack to move you from that place of like just being successful on paper to being like, Okay, what actually makes me happy. I just had a shaman named Makoto see, she's the Royal shaman on Instagram on the podcast, like literally like two hours ago, I interviewed her today as well. And she literally said the same thing. Exact same thing. So I feel like there's definitely something here about how she got like basically so physically ill to where the only option was to like start listening to her intuition to start listening to her soul. And I myself even had a similar experience with my kind of like spiritual personal development journey began with healing my relationship with food and it got to a place where like, I felt like there was no food that was safe in the world for me to eat because I had deemed them all so bad. And I started having like you I was having like the anxiety attacks and just a lot of like physical issues eczema, back pain. I was sleeping two hours saying all this stuff. It's like our souls literally screaming at us being like, Hey, hey, are you there? Are you listening? Like why the fuck are you doing all this shit that doesn't actually fulfill you like, Oh, you you won't listen to your intuition. Well, maybe you'll listen to this panic attack, right and it obviously doesn't have to be that dramatic. We don't have to have those experiences in order to come to the clarity in order to come To the place where we can listen to our intuition. But I think so many of us have had a similar experience like that where we physically experienced simply, it's literally like, Oh my gosh, I just like, came up with this idea. It's like, I don't even know what you call it. But it's like this symptom of like, not following your soul. Really?

Yes. And as you were saying, we get signs well before, like the ultimate like, Okay, I'm going to make you sit down and like, Listen, if you're not going to sit down on your own, but we just don't pay attention to them. And we brush it off as other things. And at a certain point, similar to what you were saying about yourself, and what I was sharing, you are going to get, you know, slapped upside your head and like, Hey, I tried to tell you now you need to listen. I'm giving a nice little bitch slap from the university. I don't think it's ever the I think it's always happening for us, we're always gonna have to be we always have the experiences when stuff, but it's just it's kind of a funny way to make light of it. Right? It's like, how can we? How can we find the humor in this? How can we make light of it? How can we find like the beauty and the growth and the expansion in this?

Yeah, absolutely. Yeah, it definitely was more of like an internal journey. For me, I think a lot of times, we're looking externally for an answer. And now being on somewhat of the other side of where I was a few years ago, I can see that I actually always had the answer. But a lot of blocks were there. And not even allowing myself to trust my own voice use my own voice. But we all have the answers inside of us already. We are just looking for outside validation, typically. And so that journey of really connecting to myself and taking action, even when I didn't know how it was going to work out. helped me build my voice and trust in my voice and trust in myself.

I love that so much. And yeah, it's like the answers are there. And when you stop looking outside, they will you will find them you will see them. And there was something else I was gonna say on that. And I forgot it'll come back to me later. Anywho. This is speaking of I know, you mentioned earlier that about taking like just uncomfortable, bold, messy action, even when you were afraid. So can you talk a little bit more about how you like used fear to rather than to keep you in that place where you weren't doing anything, you weren't listening to your soul? how you use it instead to them become this force that allowed you to really realize and step into more of your full potential.

Yeah, so for me, I like to see and I saw this years ago, I can't remember where I saw it first, but fear as breaking it down as false evidence appearing real, which typically when we're afraid of something, we're trying to predict a future that hasn't even happened yet. And so I remind myself of that, because I'm still terrified every single day people are like, Oh, you're so brave to move to Paris. I was like, No, I was actually scared out of my mind. And I'm still terrified every single day. But I also like to my guiding pose is fear and excitement combined. And for me, that's a good sign. So whenever I'm feeling like, I'm terrified, but I'm also really excited about the possibility I choose to lean more into and trust that the excitement is guiding me to know that this fear is just false evidence appearing real and that I can trust to take the next step, even though I don't know where it's necessarily going to lead yet. And so it's really a practice, I can't say that I ever goes away I make even now especially as my business has grown, like the decisions and choices I have to make are even scarier, so I'm still terrified. But going back to that just trickled my inner body feeling and do I feel that excitement and fear combined? For me, that's a go sign.

Yes, I love that. And I know you're talking about how, like, you were successful on paper, like you had, like, you know, like, most of the things are all the things that people would think, oh, she's successful, she should be happy. And you probably thought like, Oh, I should be happy, but you weren't happy and you weren't fulfilled. And you really kind of like left all that behind to go to Paris and like, can't figure out like who you were and what you're meant to do. So how did you make that decision to say goodbye to that old life that was so successful on paper to really step into your purpose, even though part of you didn't even know what that was? And you know, what is it going to look like? And how am I going to do it?

Yeah, so as I mentioned a bit earlier, I was at dinner with a friend and she asked me a question. I think we should all ask our friends and both ourselves, which was what's something you've always wanted to do that you've never said out loud? And I immediately blurted out, I've always wanted to Paris and I was like, terrified to say it and she's like, Oh my gosh, I just got goosebumps. You have to do it. And I was like, You're insane. Like I can't move to Paris. I have a job. I had Like a team of 10 people, I have a mortgage like I have real responsibilities. I don't know anyone in Paris. And something about her saying like, you have to do it. And me lifting off what I later figured out, we're just excuses sparked an idea. And so probably a few weeks later, I started to just put aside a little bit of money each month for my parents, but not really knowing if or how it was going to work out. But I was like, I'm just gonna put a little bit of aside, and gradually and I really believe that when you take that first initial baby step, the universe gives you the next step, I started to get better where I once was super comfortable in my job, despite the fact that I wasn't fulfilled, I was comfortable, I was making good money, I my boss was super chill and laid back. And so I had it pretty easy, quote, unquote. But I started to get really uncomfortable in situations that were once easy and fluid, were starting to get complicated and making me kind of forcing me again, kind of what we're talking about earlier with the panic attack on the chip on the train, to start to move out of spaces that were no longer serving me. And so taking that one step of starting to talk about the fact verbally out loud to other people that I wanted to move to Paris, putting aside money into this Paris fund, started to create a ripple effect in the rest of my life where I started to get really uncomfortable. And what was once easy was starting to become very hard. And so that was pushing me and nudging me a little bit closer and closer towards Paris. And I started to do more research because now not only am I not fulfilled what once was easy is now not easy. So now why all those excuses that I was having, were starting to trickle away one by one. And very shortly after probably within four months, I literally just made a decision and said, I'm going to do this. I don't know exactly how or when. And again, taking that very next step of me actually putting a stake in the ground I'm going to do this then opened up other opportunities where a long like distant family member who was living in France like offered to look into options for where I could stay and help me figure out what neighborhood to stay in. And then my mom actually had moved to France part time a few years ago. That's a whole nother story, but she was supposed to be leaving and ended up staying. And so that was another sign of like, Oh, well, I also know someone that she wasn't in Paris, but someone else in the country and just little things started to happen. And I just decided one day to just book the ticket. I just picked a random day on the calendar, which was March 14, and I booked the ticket and then put in my notice and again those littles every step created a different ripple effect that was both helping me and also validating the decision that I was making.

Oh wow, so good. And I think it's like yeah, it's so interesting how you said what was like once easy became really not easy and uncomfortable and it was like yet again just like another nudge pushing you in that direction. And the question your friend asked you was oh my gosh is so so powerful. So what was what was it like when you got to Paris like what was your experience like there and I know you're recently or you are moving back soon or recently moved on remember forget what you said. But how was your time there? And then what was that? What How did you decide to like leave Paris Did you feel like you had your experience there that you needed to have something

I actually never planned to stay I didn't know how long I was going to say it was kind of like I want to go for at least six months to a year to just figure out what it is I actually want and I ended up staying for the last three years when I got to Paris one I like cried the whole plane ride because I was terrified but also really excited and I like got tucked into this Airbnb that I'd rented for my first few months and like sat on the bed and I was like okay, we're doing this and it was actually very freeing because I had been working 80 hours a week prep previously and now I went to like no job which is terrifying because when I had i'd saved a bit but not to stay for like a year like it was like at a certain point I'm going to have to figure something out. But I had this free time where the first like couple of months I just let myself explore eat way too many croissants and all the things that are French food gained a little weight but I let myself really immerse in the culture and experience and be free I took an intensive French class so it was really great experience for me because I was allowed to no longer be in this like work professional mode and just free to explore kind of what I was saying earlier about just I didn't know what made me happy so now I can like test out oh I really enjoy like sitting in a park and people watching oh actually enjoy running Who would have thought all these things that I didn't feel like I quote unquote, had time for a previous It allowed me to be in this creative space while simultaneously I had just created like an Instagram for the Bravo life right before I moved to Paris. So I was in this space where I could start to build this platform and figure out what I even wanted it to be without too much pressure because I had a little bit of savings. But I also was like, okay, at a certain point in attending, you have to like figure something out. So Paris, I can say one was both professionally helped me evolve, but also just personally helped me evolve. And literally four weeks after I moved, I met what is now who is now my fiance. We're getting married shortly. And that was a whole nother experience. And I would have never met this person who has now changed my life, had I not taken that initial step and just the fact that we met literally like three and a half weeks after I moved there, he didn't speak English. And I spoke very little French and it's been three years and now we are together and getting married and you know completely have changed both of our lives is also just a testament to trusting the universe and trusting yourself to take those little steps because you don't know what's on the other side. So for me, it wasn't just moving to Paris and you know, evolving personally creating this business but also like I completely changed my life. I became fluent in French, I developed an interest I traveled places that I probably wouldn't have the chance to otherwise. Definitely was a great experience. And to answer your your last question, yes, there was a certain point where again, I didn't expect to stay as long but where I felt like okay, I really got what I came here for, which was again to kind of refine myself, get clear on what I wanted. And now I'm ready to continue in whatever direction you know the universe and life pulls me and explore what's the next chapter of where I'm meant to show up in this world.

Wow, that's such a powerful story. And of course you might your fiance there because you follow the like, you follow the nudges you followed that curiosity and it's, it's just really cool when you like, look back on all the little moments that like added up to lead you to where you are today. It's like, you know that your friend asked you that one question which kind of like, led almost down this like spiral of like synchronistic events and leading moments where you were meant to go and it's like, I think it's just such a good reminder for everyone listening like where you're at right now it's like, is literally it's what was for Natalia her friend asking her the question, right let's all right now leading us to where we're meant to go. And yeah, we just get to like, listen and go along for the ride. I love it sounds like I don't know if you read the book, Eat Pray Love. But I'm like, Yeah, yeah, that's just like, Eve I love I love it.

Um, so in the before you laughed, I know, you mentioned it started getting like, really uncomfortable. And how did you like in those moments where it was so uncomfortable? Like, how did you make the decision to to keep going to keep following those curiosities, even when it appeared? Like, or did it? I guess the question first is like, what were there times where it felt like, oh, like, this isn't working. I don't know where I'm going. And if there was, and how did you? How did you keep going? Hey, so I hope you're enjoying the episode. Before we get back to it, I want to quickly tell you about one decision that literally changed my life for freaking ever. So I wanted to start a business for years before I actually did anything about it. But then I met Kate, a full time blogger who was making six figures. And by the end of our coffee day, my decision was made, I was starting my business no matter how terrified I was, because I knew I was meant for more. And looking back, I've realized that not making a decision to move towards your dreams is a decision. It's a decision to remain where you are. I seriously can hardly recognize that version of me or my life five years ago, and it just feels so good to be living the life I actually want to be living. And it was all because I was willing to make that one decision to move closer towards what really led me up. And I want this for you too. And I know you're ready for it. So there's a link in the show notes for you to book a free consult with me. And this call a might just be your coffee date with Kate that changes everything. So I can't wait to talk to you. The link is in the show notes. I will speak with you soon.

Yeah, so I think for me this I utilize the fear of always wondering what if and also staying in this pattern of feeling stuck. I was more terrified of that than I was trying whatever I was going to try and falling on my face and it not working. Because it was like worst case scenario. I'll just Be right back where I am right now I literally have nothing to lose, I can always go get another job, I can always move back to America, I can always quit my job and move to Paris and experience, you know, a new home and culture, learning language, meet new people. Also, as I was talking about how my love life change like that, in addition to be uncomfortable professionally, like I did all the dating apps and all the things in New York and Los Angeles where I was living, and was like, miserable by dating in America at the time, and like, No, just not having any success there and so frustrated. And so also just defeated, I'm sure some of your listeners may resonate with, you know, when you go on going on first dates, and you do the whole process and getting to know you and it doesn't work out. And it was like I have nothing to lose like, I'm not happy here. So worst case, I'll go there. And maybe I'll hate it for six months. We're all trying to start this business. And it won't work for two years. But guess what, I'll just be right back where I started. So for me the fear of like wondering, what if 10 years from now was much more terrifying. And also when I quit my job, which was another affirmation for me, my boss was actually very emotional and started crying. And she was like, I wish I would have done this when I was, you know, in your life stage at your age. And I'm so proud of you. And like, this is incredible that you're doing this. And even when I was getting going to the airport, my Uber driver ended up asking me like, Oh, where are you going? I said, I'm moving to Paris. And he was like, Oh, my gosh, you're my hero. That's so inspiring. And I just had all this different confirmation from different people, both strangers and people, I knew that I was doing something important. I was doing something that was going to be transformative, whether it quote unquote, worked out or didn't work out.

Oh, yeah. I love that. Because so much of the time we like, like we were talking about in the beginning, like, we don't do anything big. Because we think, Oh, well, like, this might not even work or this probably not even work. It's not possible. Like, why even bother, but you were like, no, like, I don't care whether it works or not. I'm gonna do it. Anyways, like, what was it that allowed you to do it anyways? Was it the Was it the like, for me to doing it? Doing it anyways? It's the it's like the potential of seeing what's seeing what I'm capable of seeing what's possible for me just exploring who I am and what the world has to offer. What would what would you say is for you?

Yeah, I think a combination of that. And also, I think, you know, at the time, I didn't know that it was going to show me what's possible, because I was still fear mode. But again, it was like, worst case scenario, you'll be right back where you are, like, the time is gonna pass you by Anyway, why not try and see if it can work out even better than you could possibly imagine.

Yes, I love that. Yeah. Instead of being like, well, what if this happens, what if that happens? Well, what if the best case scenario happens rather than like, okay, we've established what the worst case is, well, what's the best case? Yeah, and the best case gets you excited. And you're like, oh, like, wait, something else could be possible. It's like, I feel like that's just another little like a signpost.

Mm hmm. Yeah. And I couldn't even have an even my best case when I was getting on that plane to go to Paris. It's like nothing in comparison to what actually evolved like, what you are considering if you have some dream or thing that you're considering doing your best case scenario, there's even much more beyond that, that you can't possibly imagine. And you the only way to see that is to literally just take that very first step.

Oh, so good. Yes. Your best case is better than you can even imagine. So good. For someone who is like, okay, Tanya, like you're on the other side. Like you took the first stab you went to Paris, you have this magical Eat, Pray Love. What would you say if they're like, Yeah, but I don't know what that first step is like, How do I know what my first step to take is?

Yeah, neither did I, which is how I ended up in piano. way is to just try something different. What you're doing, you've probably already acknowledged is not working. So try anything different. It could literally be a cooking class. It could be I mean, obviously, right now, we can't all travel like we want to, but it could be joining some sort of group or networking thing. You never know the ripple effect of you going to that cooking class, whether it's online or not, and making a connection with someone there who gives you a sparks an idea or asks you the question, similar to what my friend asked me that sparks the new thing that you want to do. And just literally putting yourself out there, especially when you don't know what the very first step that you take is, is the thing that's actually going to show you the direction to go.

Yeah, it's like being open to what you could possibly find and then experience, like you said, like you don't know what you're going to find in that cooking class. And even in the things that aren't different from what you're doing out in what you're doing now, what if you opened like up to the possibility of what you could find in the experiences you're already having? What if there's already answers for you there? What if? Yeah, like there's interest already within YouTube?

Yeah, definitely. I think, for me, I was that person who was like, I don't even know how to answer the question, what would make me happy? And so I literally just started throwing darts at a wall and darts at a wall was me doing any and everything going to restaurants by myself and eating out or do reading a new book that I had never heard of before, or just trying anything and doing that just taking action, even when I didn't know what the perfect action to take was. helped me figure out Oh, Tanya, you actually really like this, or Oh, this is really interesting for you. Why don't we explore this little more? No, you really don't like that. So we can weed that out?

Yeah, for sure. One of my really close friends she was she has a podcast episode on like, throwing spaghetti at the wall of like, why you should throw spaghetti at the wall and like, why it's okay. Like, I think we live in this world where it's like, you've got to figure out the steps and you have to have a plan and you have to know where you're going and blah, blah, blah. It's like, what if it's fine to throw darts? What if it's fine to fucking throw spaghetti was throwing the darts of spaghetti? Like, gives you gives you something? some clarity, some feeling some something that you didn't have before?

Yeah, I think when you're first starting, I mean, that's pretty much what you're doing. Right? Like just testing like the only way that you are going to get knowledge that you feel confident in like I'm confident in this decision. I'm confident in knowing this is Vermeer isn't for me is by making some mistakes. And I think people are afraid to make mistakes. Whereas I'm like, I want to make as many mistakes as I can as quickly as possible so I can get to the clarity.

Oh, yes. So good. And yeah, it's like, you know, you hear from, at least in my experience, I feel like I've like heard from like, who I would consider like the most successful what's like what even a success anyways, like really successful people always, you know, there was such a common theme of them, saying, like, I literally look for all the ways that I can fail. Like, I've listened to this one podcast, the Life Coach School podcast, and Brooke Castillo, she always talks about how she like sets goals, like, I'm gonna, I'm gonna I'm setting the goal to fail 20 times this year. Yeah. Because it's like that journey through like, failure is success. And success is failure. It's like literally the same, the same path. And it's like, we just want to go from like, zero to success, but it's like, it's that in between journey that that is the experience of life. And like most of our life is in that in between and in that journey. So why not enjoy it? Why not let it be? Okay, that we're not at 100 yet. Yeah, I mean, if you're avoiding failure, you are literally telling success. I don't want you. You cannot have whatever your version of success is, without failing and making mistakes and doing some things wrong. And so if you are like, No, I don't want to make any mistake. I don't want to feel like I failed. You're basically telling the universe I do not want to be successful in this area.

Oh, yeah. It's like the lack of willingness to fail is really a lack of, like, openness to succeed. Yeah. So powerful. Okay, I want to shift gears a little bit, because I know you like to talk about abundance. So I would love to hear your Yeah, just like any tips or thoughts you have around creating more abundance for ourselves.

Yeah. So I think that we in general, and I used to do this myself, and put limits on ourselves and and oftentimes the thing that we're hoping for abundance, whether that's love, financial abundance, whatever it is for you, it's typically I like to ask myself, how am I getting my in my own way? Because oftentimes will say, Oh, I can't get this because I don't have this or this person didn't help me. But what are you doing or not doing? And something I often ask my clients are what uncomfortable decisions, actions conversations are you avoiding right now that are likely keeping you feeling like that word that we said we don't use anymore? You're feeling stuck. And so that illusion of stuckness is typically you know, we can't control other people, but we can control ourselves and so for me, when I am really wanting to align myself with abundance in any area of my life, when I look at how am I potentially get if I'm not experiencing what I desire? How am I essentially getting in my own way. And also just trusting and believing that it's possible for you, I think we have we put limits on ourselves of not going to ask for too much, there is no such thing as too much. Or if we don't see it happen, like we put a desire out there to God, the universe, whatever you relate to, and it doesn't happen in a week. And then you're like, Oh, well, it just wasn't meant to happen. And it's like, No, we have to trust and no, it's already on the way to me, it's already happened, I'm just affirming that this is what I desire, and that I'm so excited that it's on my way to it's on my way to me, and I can't wait to meet it. And I'm already affirming that it's already happened. And so it's really building that inner trust system. And knowing that it is already there for you, you just have to get into alignment with the thing that you desire. Again, regardless of what area of life, you are wanting to tap into abundance, it's already available to you. It's just waiting for you to show up. And right now, if you're not experiencing that, what I have learned for myself is that I'm typically not in alignment with that thing where I don't really even believe that it's possible for me.

Yeah, I think those are like, I think not believing it's possible is such a such a big one. So what would you say to someone who is like, okay, I want this financial abundance, or this relationship, or whatever abundance they're looking for in their life, and they are struggling to believe it's possible because they've been doing the inner work they've been trying, they've been focusing on alignment and what like, Where the fuck is it? Like, why isn't it showing up? Yeah. What would you say to someone? Who's, who's in that right now?

Yeah, so I would say definitely say, Look at yourself, and are you in alignment with who you're asking for? So I'll use my love life versus an example. I was asking for my mate Well, before I met my mate, and and not meeting that person at all I was meeting a lot of frogs will say, and one was, I realized, actually, am I even clear on what I actually want to animate, and why I want those things. And I think we, you know, oftentimes, we will make a list and we have very like surface things. But I started to tap into not just a list of qualities I wanted this person to have, but how do I feel with this person. And so I made a new list that was really based on feeling and how I felt with this person, how we felt with each other, the things that we did together, and I started to visualize that every day. And again, the person didn't show up right away. But literally every day I envisioned that I woke up and this person was with me in my house I also paid attention to is there even space for someone else in my house? And that was a question I had asked myself, I realized there was it I was living very much as a single woman who didn't have time or space for a man or partner to come into her home. And so I had to shift that energy. And again, it really was just reminding myself every day, he's already on his way to you. And this is how you feel together. And these are the things that you do together. And this is why you are attracted to these qualities in him. And this is why he's attracted to these qualities in you. And really getting clear on the feeling, as opposed to the logistics of how it's packaged, whether you're talking about a partner or money, and the same for me goes for money. So in my business last year, we had our highest grossing, booked revenue month in July, where we enrolled 103 people into our program. And it was the end of June was pretty tough for us. And in that we did okay, but we didn't hit our sales goal. And so I basically doubled the sales goal for July, which sounded insane, probably to my team. And also to me, because I've never brought in that much revenue into our business before. And it was July 9, and I think we'd had maybe seven sales. I remember, we ended up getting to 103. So it was July 9, so we're already like a third of the month through and it would have been very easy for me to say, you know what, it's just not going to happen this month. And that's okay, we'll just do it another month. But no, I held on to the vision I held on to not just the money part of it. But seeing the money in my account. What would I do with this money? Why do I want this money? How do I feel expressing this money out back out into the world, the things that I want to invest in that I want to give back to you being able to hire new members of my team and I got in the space of it's already happened and I started to go around talking about myself and mirrors. My fiance probably thinks I'm insane. But saying like, Oh my gosh, I'm so excited. I'm so happy for you enroll this many people this month. That's amazing. It's handy. Oh my gosh, this is incredible. You have seen this much revenue in your business this month. That's amazing. And between July 9, and the The month we ended up doing those other I can't do math right now, but like 92 sales, which had never happened, the highest month that we'd ever had was like 40 enrollees into our program. So the fact that we more than doubled that within 20 days is insane. And I truly believe that is all just power of the mind. And just again, it doesn't happen overnight. And it's not like I didn't have moments where like, I'm like, doubting it, I absolutely do and did have moments where I doubt that thing is gonna show up. But I just keep literally forcing myself to stay within that. It's already happened. And how would I react if it was already here? I literally would jump up and down in my living room. Like I'm so excited. I hit a exceeded my goal. I can't I'm so so excited. Oh my gosh, thank you so much. Thank you so much. It hadn't happened. It was nowhere near you happening, but I'm celebrating as if it already has.

So good. And yeah, like you. I heard what you said about how I think was like the first nine days, there was like seven sales or something. And what you know, a lot of us tend to do is we're like, okay, it's been 10 days, I bought seven people, so therefore there's like 20 more days in the month, therefore, I'm probably going to make 21 sales, okay, it's just gonna be 21 people and like, we try to make this like fucking math equation at life, and we add it all up and make this happened in the past. And therefore it has to add up this way in the future. And it's like, you were like, No, you you were said no to the past and like yes to your vision. And it allows you to defy logic and math equations and create so much more magic.

Yeah. And it's not always easy. Please believe there are many times where I'm like, crying in my computer. Because I'm so frustrated. And I can't figure out the answer. But again, in those moments and doing the same thing, I'm just going to keep testing and trying and and looking at the data of what I get back. Okay, this worked. This worked a little bit. Let me pivot, let me adjust and trusting that it's already there. And being the crazy person that wakes up and says, thank you so much for all these sales that came in yesterday when no sales came in yesterday.

Oh my gosh, you remind me of my good friend, Jacqueline, we talk about this all the time. And she has really got really got it like doing this and just being like, it's not it's like it's not crazy. Once you do a new release. It's not crazy. It actually worries me. Yeah, but like, like yourself, yeah, let yourself be that weirdo who's like, Fuck yeah, like running around, like I've made like $100,000 today or like, whatever it is, or I got the promotion today, like, yes. Like, whatever it is. Just let yourself play with it. Let yourself play with what it would be like to if the experience was already here.

Yeah, exactly. Yeah. And I and I totally relate to people were like, okay, but I like I did it. But typically, we do it for like a week or two or even a month. And then we're like, it didn't work. And it's like, just because it didn't show up this month in the month that you want it to show up doesn't mean it's still not coming. It's coming to believe and trust it's coming in the second that you let go of that belief and trust is when you let your desire know, you no longer want it. And so I like it's a it's a mental practice and a mindset practice to everyday keep myself even on the days where it feels like everything's falling apart. Or especially when we're talking about money, like I'm losing money, or, you know, money has been wasted on something or we have bills that we didn't expect to come in Come in. And I'm like, Oh my gosh, how is going to make this work. It's like really holding on to the energy and feeling the thing that you're desiring.

Yeah, I love that. My dad told me this metaphor a couple months ago. And he said like when he went through this leadership training, and he had to train people on leadership, a metaphor that he was instructed to teach every time was that. Imagine there's like this like rushing river and you're on one side of the river. And on the other side of the river is obviously where you're trying to go. And there's a rope connecting that your side to the other side. And the rope is your vision. And you just, if you hold on to the rope, you hold the vision, you keep saying wow, the other side feels so good. I can already feel it while I'm holding on to this rope and you just keep going you hold the rope, you will make it to the others at work. Even somewhere better. Sometimes the universe has better plans for us and we can even fathom ourselves. And a lot of times where you literally might be like 90% of the way and you're holding on to the rope and you're 90% of the way and you're like what the fuck where's this you just like let go there open yourself get washed away in the rapids of the mind, right the mental or mental illness. So but you're right there. Just keep keep holding on.

Yes, that is so so good. Yes, definitely. And again, it does Doesn't matter what area of life This works, it 100% works. And at first I would listen to people like on these types of podcasts or I read books, and I'd be like, Okay, that sounds great. But like, how did you go Really?

Just like, I know you like, you know, the dumb thing like when like, no it and then when it actually works, you're like, Oh my god, holy crap like it actually works like, yeah, I have this idea that people we see as successful too, as have some secret that we don't know. And the only secret is exactly what we're sharing right now. Like, just trusting, believing being so clear on your desires, being clear on the feeling you want to express your desires you don't just want to make money for it's in your bank account. I'm sure you have other reasons that you want to attract that money. You don't just want to attract a partner just to have a body in the home with you. I'm sure there are other reasons and things you want to experience with that person. And so tapping into that energy, and not just the physical thing is really what's going to poster.

Yeah, for sure. I love to ask my clients when they're, you know, speaking about something they want to ask like, well, what will that do for you? Well, if I meet my person, then I will feel loved. Okay, and what will feeling love to do for you? Well, if I feel love, then, you know, I don't know. I'll feel good enough. Okay, well, what will feeling good enough do for you? And just let yourself play with that question and see, see, like, how, how deep it can take you?

Yeah, yeah. I love that. That that is a great. I mean, it really is getting clear on the why like, I don't I think I had even as I mentioned, for my part future partner, I had this list of all these things. But it wasn't till I asked myself, Well, why would I want this person to have these qualities that I was really able to tap into that. And it sounds crazy. But like I literally just made a list without counting anything. And there's 50 things which sounds very extreme. But it really is about little tangible things, things we like to do together things that we appreciate in one another. And every single thing on that list is in my fiance, even down to I had to a nice to have that I'm forgetting one of them. But one of them was open to living in Paris. This was before I'd ever moved to Paris or knew I was in Paris.

That's so amazing. I love it so much. Well, this has been amazing. I want to open the floor to you. Is there anything that we didn't talk about that you wanted to talk about anything? That's like coming up on your heart to share?

Yeah, I think I mean, we covered a lot. And I hope this is helpful for many people. But I think the biggest thing because I remember as and I still listen to podcasts and self help books and all the things, especially if you're someone that's on this kind of personal journey is knowing that I'm not some special starfish. And sure, Madison's say the same thing. She's not some special starfish, we really just did the inner work and it's not about an external thing. So I want you to know that, you know, you might be listening to this and say, Okay, this sounds good or Okay, I'll try it a bit. But my inner dialogue didn't change overnight, I had moments where I was saying affirmations and at the same time crying because I was miserable. And so it really requires building that mental muscle. And just knowing that what you desire is already yours, I promise it's already yours. There's no special secret sauce. It has nothing to do with you know outside circumstances. And of course some people are blessed to be fortunate to start off at a different place than others but I'm talking about real abundance and manifestation is available to all of us and it really is an inner journey much more than it is an outer journey and I hope that this was helpful for you and I hope that you go after all the things that maybe you have a one day dream or something that you've never said out loud and ask yourself today What is that thing because that very thing is probably the thing that's going to open up all the other things that you're probably worried about or desiring right now that you can't even see how all the puzzle pieces fit together yet but they absolutely do.
